Welcome, my name is Rachel Zeppinick and this is the first entry in my real estate blog dedicated to the ever changing, challenging, rewarding and at times frustrating, world of real estate.
I have lived in Woodland Hills for over 26 years and have been working as a real estate agent since 1982. I serve Woodland Hills and the surrounding areas of West Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Northridge, Reseda, Chatsworth and Balboa Lake, California.
The purpose of this blog is to provide useful information for homebuyers, sellers, real estate investors and, even other real estate professionals from the perspective of an experienced local area Real Estate agent. I also plan to include information for those planning to relocate to the Woodland hills area in the future.
The southern California real estate market is one of the strongest and most dynamic in the country, though nowadays, some are saying, the most volatile also. After six consecutive years of record sales, real estate markets across the country are beginning to show significant drops in home sales and prices and California’s is at the top of many lists. At the height of a “Buyer’s Market” there are things that one should know regardless of whether you are a buyer, seller, investor or agent. This said, there should be plenty of topics for discussion to say the least.
If anyone has any questions regarding Woodland Hills, California or the surrounding areas of West Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Northridge, Reseda, Chatsworth and Balboa Lake, Please contact me. I will be happy to help with anything I can.
